Frequently Asked Questions

Little Lights welcomes babies and children under 1 years old. Unfortunately we do not have facilities to look after children during the two hours class. If you have children and cannot obtain child care, why not contact us for a private lesson in your own home with NCT friends or even other family members. 

This class covers important life saving skills in relation to babies and children for parents & care givers, however this class is not designed to provide any formal qualification. Little Lights First Aid hopes to be able to offer both Level 3 Paediatric and First Aid at Work (FAW) courses in the future.

As this class is not a formal qualification, there is no requirement to be assessed using our CPR manakins, you can take part in as much or as little of the physical activity as you are comfortable with.

All of our classes are completed in person and we do not currently offer online courses.

Being a start up business our courses are not currently CPD accredited, however the topics covered in our classes are conducted in line with the current guidelines published by the Resuscitation Council (UK) and the current edition of the first-aid manual of the voluntary Aid Societies (St Johns Ambulance, British Red Cross, St Andrew’s  First Aid).

Little Lights will be seeking CPD accreditation in the near future.

Our class is not currently approved by the FAIB, once we have carried out the required number of classes and the required number of our classes have been quality assured we will be seeking approval from the FAIB.

Little Lights First Aid do not offer refunds for non attendance to our classes however if you wish to 

change or amend your booking this can be done by contacting us via email.
